If the ring is a surprise gift and would like to take a shot in dark at the ring size, then this would be a fairly good guideline to follow:

Small mens; P to S. Average mens; T to V. Large mens; W through to Z.

Small to Average womens; J1/2 to N. Average to Large womens; O to T.

How long does production take from when I first place the order?

As our designs are individually made to order, the turnaround time for production is generally 8-12 business days. During this period you will receive 5 progress emails to keep you informed of what stage of the process your order is up to.
During the Christmas period, please allow for delays, as we high volume can set us back slightly. However, all orders placed before the 4th in Australia, has guaranteed delivery.

Do you supply rings to any countries outside Australia?

Yes, we accept orders from and ship rings all over the world. To date, we have supplied rings to customers in more than 30 countries. See the next FAQ: “How long does shipping take?” for shipping details and timing.

 

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia, we ship all orders via AusPost Express. To see if your post code is the next day delivery zone, see https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/sending-in-australia/delivery-areas-within-australia

Internationally, you can either choose International Pack and Track shipping or Express Courier. Pack and Track takes 4-10 days, whilst the Express Courier is 3-5 days.

What currency are the products listed as online?

The products are displayed in AUD$ (Australian Dollars). During the checkout process, the amount will be converted into your local currency.

 

What does delivery of my order cost?

Shipping within Australia is free.


We provide two options for shipping internationally: International Pack and Track and Express Courier.

New Zealand: AUD$9 Flat rate. Shipping time of 2-3 Days.

The Americas: AUD$14 for International Pack and Track (5-10 Days);
AUD$27 Express Courier (3-5 Days).

Europe: AUD$16 for International Pack and Track (5-10 Days);
AUD$33 Express Courier (3-5 Days).

 

How can I pay for what I purchase?


We accept payment through three secure gateways: PayPal, Shopify Payment and zipPay. These payment methods include credit and debit cards; VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Do you do custom orders? 

Yes! We love creating new designs and bringing an idea you have to life. Get in contact with us to discuss further. Make sure to give us as many specs and details as you can, so we can give you an accurate quote for the job. The main items you should cover are ring style, silver or gold alloy, ring size and stone of your choice (if required). But most of all, we’re just keen to hear your design ideas.

 

Do you do hand or laser engravings?

Unfortunately, no (unless specifically stated in the product description). We recently decided to leave this service to those who specialise in hand/laser engravings. However, we are more than happy to re-create the design or produce a custom piece for you (see previous FAQ: Do you do custom orders?). 

 

What happens if my ring arrives and it is the wrong size?

If you got the size specification wrong, the ring can be re-sized no worries! There is a $25 charge for this service. Simply send your ring back and advise us by email that you are doing so. Be sure to include your name, address and new size required with the ring when you send it back. Also, please allow 20 business days for the turnaround. Of course, if the sizing was our mistake, there will be no charge to correct it.

 

Can I return my ring if I’m unhappy with it?

As each ring is individually made to order, please be careful with your design choice and sizing can as we cannot straight returns. All sales are final.
