Design Specifications

The compass ring isn't a uniquely original design, however we have some important design characteristics that make this one of our most popular designs since its release in 2018. 

The inscriptions around the rim between the N S E W are the Sanskrit names for the gods association with each inter-cardinal directions (Northeast etc.)

  • Face size; approx. 16mm x 16mm
  • Average Weight 16.5g

    Before I get to the ring itself, the service from Crooked Howlet was amazing. I ordered from the UK in mid December for a Christmas present and once shipped, I received the ring within two days - super speedy! I got in touch with some questions after ordering and everyone I spoke to was so friendly, too. The ring itself is gorgeous and arrived perfectly packaged, made a great present and my partner loves it! Perfect ring for everyday wear with a lot of weight behind it too.     My favourite ring!

    I’ve had this ring over a year now and I rarely take it off. You would expect some damage but there has been very little wear other than small scratches. The design is great and I like that its tactile. It might sound weird but i find running my finger over the compass helps keep me centered.

    This piece caught my eye from the beginning,

    I knew I had to purchase it!. Once it arrived in the mail it looked better in person and photos didn’t do justice. A lot of small details in this one and it’s a staple piece in my collection.
